Manufacturing of SINGLE USE fabric masks to minimise the spread of germs and bacteria.
Manufacturing of SINGLE USE fabric masks to minimise the spread of germs and bacteria.
The masks are manufactured to cover the nose and mouth area to minimise the spread of airborne viruses and other germs and to be a SINGLE USE ONLY mask, worn once while in a public place, and discarded safely after public exposure has come to an end.
The masks were designed to minimise the spread of airborne viruses and other germs and NOT for the prevention of catching airborne viruses and other germs. It is a single layer mask, fits any size face, does not conform to facial features, merely covers the nose and mouth. The mask has not been submitted for any ISO standards or SABS approval as of yet, but will be submitted as soon as possible once restrictions have been eased.
They do NOT comply to the N95 standard, and are not designed to be used as such. They are designed to protect the general public for a short duration for instance:
This non-woven polypropylene is capable of filtering out microscopic particles and it’s also used for looser-fitting surgical masks, which are more for keeping the wearer from spreading disease and protecting them from sprays of liquid.
The fact that they are disposable also greatly contributes to the curb of the spread, since masks need not be re-worn. Many people re-wear their masks because they are so expensive. Ours is not expensive, is 100% manufactured locally, and can be made in extreme quantities of up to 2 million a DAY.
Offer your customers an added safety measure by issuing these masks upon entrance to your premises, and safely discard them after they leave.
PLEASE NOTE: SINGLE USE ONLY
Do NOT use these masks more than once, and NEVER share your mask.

Manufacturers of medical masks use specialized materials made of a synthetic fiber—often polypropylene—formed into a web of fine filaments using what’s called melt-blown or spunbond technology. This non-woven polypropylene is capable of filtering out microscopic particles, which is why it’s preferred for medical-grade masks, such as N95 respirators, that form a seal around the nose and mouth. It’s also used for looser-fitting surgical masks, which are more for keeping the wearer from spreading disease and protecting them from sprays of liquid.
